Rebates
Medicare
Medicare rebates are available with a Mental Health Care Plan from a GP, Psychiatrist or Paediatrician. If you are referred by one of these specialists you may be eligible to receive a rebate of a maximum of 20 counselling sessions per Calendar Year through the Better Access to Mental health Care Initiative. We have on the spot Medicare claiming so we are able to pay Medicare rebates straight back into your bank after the consultation.
Private Health Insurance
No referral is required for Private Health Care rebates, however a gap fee does apply depending on the level of cover you have.
Concession Holders
For clients on a health care card / pension card, or suffering financial hardship we are happy to negotiate fees.
